Quality Control...
Quality control is very important to us and our customers. At every stage of our forging processes, meticulous controls ensure that only the right quality of components are delivered. Goods inward material inspection controls, first off, in process and final inspection procedures mean that compliance to your specifications is assured.

Of particular benefit to you is our in-house tool room and testing facilities. We can manufacture special inspection jigs, gauges and fixtures, as well as carrying out in-house hardness, tensile and coating thickness tests.
The FARO Gage is a portable CMM that increases measurement
productivity and flexibility and enhances accuracy in any production
environment.
End the reliance on expensive and hard-to-use fixed CMMs, improve
measurement consistency, generate automatic reports including SPC
analysis and GD&T, and reduce inspection times with the FARO Gage. |

For particular dimensions, specifications and features (where required by you) we have access to the UK's leading independent inspection laboratories, adding further to our ability to meet today's ever increasing challenges and demands.
Naturally all this is backed with our BS EN ISO 9001:2000 registration. This provides us with independent checks and systems to monitor our in-house performance, and gives you the independent quality assurance that you expect.
In addition to our use of the latest tools and a complete Quality Control Management System, we have access to steel material properties and steel specifications from more than 40 countries / standards, with information on:
Steel Standards
Chemical Compositions
Steel Applications
Mechanical Properties of steel alloys
Steel Properties on elevated temperatures
Fatigue Data
Heat Treatment
Cross reference tables of equivalent materials
